Where external service providers process personal data on our behalf, we conclude data processing agreements with them where required.

10. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Where we use services from providers that may process personal data in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), this will only take place in compliance with the applicable legal requirements.

Hostinger states that depending on the services used, data may also be processed outside the EU/EEA and that standard contractual clauses are used for this purpose.

In the case of Google, a transfer of personal data to companies in the United States cannot be ruled out. For data transfers to participating US companies, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission dated July 10, 2023 may apply. Standard contractual clauses may also be used.

11. Data Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Relevant criteria for the retention period include in particular:
